March 2 & 3

10am - 6pm

DogEar is BIMA’s first-ever festival of all things related to artist’s books, printmaking, and paper-arts, a joyous explosion celebrating the opening of Open Sesame! The Magic of Artist’s Books Revealed. Upstairs the galleries showcase a world-class exhibition of Artist’s Books, a visually stunning survey of this unusual art form, while downstairs the museum is transformed with artisan tables, paper-arts vending, and interactive programs.”

Marlene Seven Bremner will be bringing the Poem Store and typing personal, on-the-spot poetry for guests on her vintage Olivetti typewriter on March 2, from the hours of 11 AM-1 PM and 2:30-4:30 PM.
